  • 1 whole apple with skin
  • Cinnamon powder or stick
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teabags
  • 3 cups of water

Method:

Take a deep pot then add water and leave for half boil then add lemon juice and teabags then wait for full boil meanwhile cut apple along with skin in small pieces then add in boiling tea also add cinnamon powder or stick. Leave for 5 minutes then off the flame and stain the apple tea out into the cups. You can add sugar but apple has its own sweetness.
