It is most basic ingredient in our kitchen but it also works to cure throat problem even there is scientific proof according to this ginger has such properties which can soothe your sore throat and control cough. You just need to take small piece of ginger and boil it in some water.  Also ginger is good to control the nausea feelings during flu. Take a glass of lukewarm water then add a teaspoon of honey and few drops of lemon.

It has great antimicrobial and antibacterial properties. It is another option to cured sore throat and helpful to relief pain. Take a glass of warm water and add a teaspoon of honey and drink. You can also add few drops of lemon. According to researches It is good cough suppressant.

Another research found that if you will give 10 gram of honey to your children at bedtime it will help to reduce the harshness of cough symptoms. Some kids can’t sleep soundly because of cold. It has super sources to treat cold. It contains botulinum spores. Normally infant’s immune system can’t digest so it’s better to give honey to a younger child more than 1 year.

It is the best combination to cure cold and cough. Ginger enhance the immune system, the compounds which found in ginger improve sore throats which mostly caused by viruses. While cinnamon has properties of antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antiviral all are very good to treat cold and flu symptoms. You just need to take a glass of water and bring it on flame and add small piece of ginger and 1 or half cinnamon stick and leave for 15 minutes on medium to low flame. You can also add a pinch of tea for color. Then off the flame and enjoy ginger cinnamon tea, the best and effective time is at night before sleep.
