Imam Shafi’s(RA) Sayings:
According to Imam Shafi(RA) some activities and things are responsible for strengthening or energizing your body, which are following:
- Eating Meat
- Wearing of sayettee clothes (Sooti kapry)
- Taking bath regularly
- Smelling good fragrances
He says that, these activities can energize your body and has many pleasant impacts on your health too.
Three Activities Are Responsible For Decreasing The Energy
He also says that three activities or things are responsible for decreasing the energy of your body and the name of these are:
- Drinking water when your stomach is empty
- Usage of sour and spicy things or foods
- Third one is the main thing which is named as stress and sorrow
He says that these things have very harmful effect on our body. These things are also able to damage your immune system and can attack on your different body parts which is not good.
Hadith’s about drinking water when your stomach is empty:
According to Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (RA) our holy prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) said (inference):
“A person who drinks water with empty stomach in the morning, his/her power is decreases”
(Tabrani Shareef 46-46)
Another hadith which is quoted by Hazrat Abu Huraira in which he says that our holy prophet (SAW) said (inference):
“Drinking water with empty stomach in the morning is responsible for inviting weakness in your body”
(Tabrani Shareef 6-55-7).
Researches on drinking water with empty stomach:
According to American orthopedics, person who is suffering from the pain of joints should avoid taking water in the morning with empty stomach. Not only that According to Hakeem Ajmal Shah Sb when you take water with empty stomach this thing affects your heart very badly.
This thing also harms your stomach
This thing also harms your stomach, when you drink water with empty stomach, your stomach is getting cooler which is not good. He also says that you must not take when you are recently come from bath room and avoid this after some challenging work. These things make an unpleasant impact on our healthy body and invites many diseases.
