Tea is very common, especially we use it while weight loss but it can also be helpful for prevent you from being fatigue. Green tea has strong active by which it can relief your stress, make your mind and body fresh and boost the level of energy and metabolism as well.
Take 1 teaspoon of green tea and add into water then boil for 5 to 10 minutes then strain or use tea bags.
You can also add some honey or few drops of lemon for flavor. Drink it 2 to 3 times in a day.
Dairy product “yogurt” is another way to fight with fatigue. Yogurt consists high amount of carbohydrates and proteins. Even your body will digest yogurt fast instead of other solid food that is why it also give quick energy to your body.
Try to take daily 1 cup of plain (fat free) yogurt. You can also add some fruits, berries and nuts for flavor.
Another option is to make yummy smoothies.
Eat yogurt in day time is more effective as compare to eat at night.
Spinach is also best for control of fatigue. The good point is, this is easily available in the vegetable market. It has good source of iron, potassium, magnesium, vitamin C & B which helps in the function of passing blood and give oxygen to the cells. This process develops the level of energy and fight with tiredness signs as well as boost your metabolism system.
You can use spinach leaves in soup and sandwich.
Make smoothies and juices.
Banana is most common fruit, it is good in taste and also has natural sugar and good nutrition which includes fatty acids (omega-3 and omega-6), potassium, carbohydrates, vitamin B & C and fiber. All these nutrition’s are most beneficial in the treatment of fatigue.
Natural glucose and fructose are found in banana which gives quick energy and hydrate your body.
