Exercise is most important not only for mental health also for physical health. You can prevent from so many diseases by only exercise and workout. It makes good flow of the blood in your body and keep you strong and healthy. You can do whatever you want like yoga, swimming, walking, running etc.

       GOOD DIET

Your body transform according to your diet. If you take unhealthy diet then definitely it will be the cause of many diseases and also effects on mental health because your brain connect with your whole body. Taking good and healthy diet gives you more energy.

       MOTIVATION

Motivation is the power to do anything and whatever you want to do. Try to motivate yourself by watching motivational speeches. Once you will motivated then you will surely get your desire. Also take knowledge about your illness and accept your disease. Meet with those people who can support you or those who also suffers in mental illness issue but they are continue fighting with their illness.
