  • Take 2 teaspoon of Psyllium mix with 250gm of yogurt for loose motion.
  • Take 2 teaspoon of Psyllium mix with 250gm of milk for constipation. Leave for 15 minutes and drink in night before going to sleep. Remember that drink this at least half an hour or one hour before going to sleep.
  • Drink 2 teaspoon of Psyllium husk mix with one glass of lukewarm water and half lemon for obesity. Do this method for 40 days for controlling of obesity, uric acid, cholesterol psyllium husklevel and sugar level. Leave this liquid for 15 minutes before drinking.

If you don’t have any diseases then also you should use Psyllium. Before going to bed and after wake up empty stomach use ispaghula in water or milk.
