BENEFITS OF ROASTED GRAM
There are two types of gram. First is white gram (chickpea) and second is black gram. Both types have vitamins and mineral in it. But from medicated point of view black gram is superior from white gram.
Black gram uses in different ways, curry and pulao (rice) of black gram is very delicious. Furthermore it increases the taste of rice also. Black gram Halwa (sweet) is also very good in taste. For internal body weakness and male infertility weakness you need to soak 7 black gram in milk and eat in morning (empty stomach) and drink the milk also. You can increase the quantity of black gram from 7 to 15 or 20. You need milk almost 250ml. This is beneficial for both male and female. FOR DIABETIC PATIENTS AND WEIGHT LOST:
This is also beneficial for diabetic patients. By eating roasted grams your sugar level will not decrease and increase all of a sudden. As you know gram has high quantity of fiber than you can use this for decrease your weight. Approximately you can use handful or 50 grams of roasted gram in daily diet.
Make sure do not drink water after eating roasted grams approximately for 1 hour. You have to eat roasted gram with shell.
