According to new research which published in BMJ people who consume breakfast daily can get more calories instead of those people who are skipping their morning meal. In the other words you are not losing your weight by consuming breakfast daily then even you will not gain weight if you will skip your breakfast.

Different agencies of public health and guidelines of official eating have spent their time on reaches of importance of breakfast but this research change everything and “clearly shows that that’s not a well idea” (said lead author Dr Flavia Cicuttini, professor of epidemiology at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia).

This is definitely not easy for those who consume their breakfast regularly to skip breakfast but on the other side this is actually not so hard, you just need to take one meal in a day and that will be very helpful to lose weight.  According to Dr Don brown you don’t need to change anything, just take your dinner and don’t eat anything until late morning. Meanwhile you can drink plenty of water because your body needs water for all time not only this even water can control your hunger and make you refresh without gaining calories.

If you really want to try this then surely you will have fasted for 12 hours, pushing your body to switch from burning sugar to burning body fat then automatically the level of glucose in your body will decrease and the level of serum will also decrease and you will lose your weight in bearable way. This is natural way to lose weight because you if you eat less then you will get less calories and your body burn more fat due to fuel.

In the beginning you have to follow only two week rule which means you have skipping your breakfast for two weeks and commit to consume only healthy meal in dinner, drink plenty of water as well. You can take little more in lunch but avoid too much calories. Make sure take one proper meal in a day is your target.
